Did you know that our new online library catalog has space for reviews? If you've read one of the books in the BAAPT library and liked it, please let others know what you thought.

Our first review is from BAAPT Member James Campbell on one of our newest books: The Music of Life: Concerto for Mankind, donated by the author. You can see James' review here.

If you want to review a book, email your comments to Vicki Brown via resources@baapt.org. If you plan to review multiple books, please ask for a registered account to the Library application.

John Beebe introduced 62 BAAPT members and guests to concepts from Joseph L. Henderson’s Cultural Attitudes in Psychological Perspectives (1984, Inner City Books).

John discussed with us these five attitudes:
  1. Religious – The Spirit that permeates all life
  2. Aesthetic – Beauty as a necessity
  3. Social – Maintaining the ethical code of the culture
  4. Philosophical – Getting to the truth of things
