Gary Monti
In 1984, Gary Monti established the Center for Managing Change (CMC), providing management, consulting, educational, and mentoring services on an international basis. That same year, he received his internationally recognized PMP status, being 14th in the world. He is also certified in Jungian assessments, including the Majors© assessments and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)©. Some of the industries served include banking, pharmaceuticals, oil processing, robotics, construction, real estate development, automotive, wholesale distribution, retail chain management, telecommunications, and computer manufacturing.
Also, as president of Aurelius Press, Gary is publisher of the Majors type assessments, the Majors Personality Type Inventory and the Majors Personality Type Elements, created by Mark Majors, who formerly was director of research on the MBTI.
In addition to consulting, Gary has extensive experience as an executive coach, having had a four-year partnership with a clinical therapist, as well as working hand-in-hand with other therapists using the eight functions to help clients understand why parts of their lives aren’t working and why their business is suffering. He attributes a large part of his coaching ability to exploring his own persona, enabling him to connect with others and help them just be themselves, make connections, and flourish in personal and business life.
Additionally, his work is grounded in secular Buddhist practice, which combines well with Beebe’s model.
Currently, Gary has a 12-week training course, “Reignite Profitable Growth™,” where executives and senior managers gain a deeper understanding of themselves through Type and, in the process, create a higher-quality, implementable business plan to grow and improve profitability.
He also offers a self-scoring assessment, “Are You a Leader or a Boss?™,” for determining the extent to which an executive or manager is working from connection and creating abundance or isolating in a separate self and causing damage or lost profits.
Attendees will get a link to a free copy of “…Leader or Boss?”
