Please note:
If a date is written in blue, the month and year were written on the original record, but the day of the month was not. In the absence of this information, the 1st day of the month has been inputted as a placeholder.
If a date is written in red, neither the day, month, nor year was written in the record. But a month was estimated (and the 1st of the month placeholder added), based on the position of that program's on the original record.

There are at least 2 ways you can scroll down:
Option 1) Find the vertical scroll bar. It is always on the right-side of the table. By default, it is placed at the top-right corner of this table.
Click on the scroll bar, and drag it downwards to view more rows of the table.
Option 2) If your mouse has a scroll wheel...
(Which is usually found in the middle, between the left-click and right-click buttons...)
Left-click anywhere on the table itself. Then turn the scroll wheel downwards.
