Letting Go: A Journey of Awareness and Release
Reclaiming and reimagining our ego, persona, and cognitive functions Facilitated by Nathan Wong

About the event
This event explores how we often struggle to reach a healthier stage of function development because there’s something our psyche is struggling to “let go” of. It's inspired by the quote: “Let go of something old that no longer serves you in order to make room for something new." (Roy T. Bennett) We will embark on a guided and sequential "mini-hero's journey" of breakout group conversations and reflections, where we examine what it means to release patterns and attachments within our ego, persona, and psyche as a whole.
This experience emphasizes heart-centered dialogue and sharing life experiences, rather than presentation-based learning.
First we’ll be invited to reflect on our life using the "Cognitive Function Wheel of Wellness"!
Then we’ll identify an area of growth, and using this for context we will:
Examine how our cognitive functions, personas, and egos “dance” together.
Identify where this “dance” may be unbalanced or one-sided.
Envision healthier ways of engaging our functions, personas, egos, drawing inspiration from Beebe's function-keywords.
