About the event
Event Overview

Ever wonder how your everyday persona comes across to others?
Join us for an interactive session using theatre techniques and exercises to explore elements of your expressed persona and how you come off in presentation.
🎭 Discover:
✔️ How your persona is perceived socially through first-impression factors
✔️ The connection between voice, movement, and story in shaping your presence — including insights from improv and enclothed cognition.
✔️ Improv prompts and clowning-inspired exercises that reveal how your physicality and style influence first impressions.
Come ready to reflect, share and observe as we explore the art of persona characters— on and off the stage.
Facilitated by Elise Amaral, BAAPT’s Facilitation Director.
