Our monthly BAAPT programs provide bring us informed speakers and interesting topics. They provide great food for thought, both during, and after, the presentation.

I have noticed that after our BAAPT sessions, as I digest the material presented, new questions and new connections arise as I drive home and the next day.
However, I have no one with whom to process them, to check them out, to make them really come alive for me rather than staying in that isolated mental container.
I have often wanted to have a phone chat with like minded souls so that we could put the pieces together and make the info become real working knowledge.
This was especially true for me after Bob MacAlpine's presentation on the 8 Functions & Attitudes. I am both challenged and fascinated by this material.
If you wanted to contact other BAAPT members, how would you do it? You could look up their individual email addresses in the directory and compose a note. This would become time consuming it you wanted to contact a lot of people. And what if you just want to reach out to anyone who attended the last meeting and might want to participate in a post-meeting followup discussion.
Wouldn't it be convenient to have one email address you could use to contact those members you knew wanted to be asked? Wouldn't it be great to have a place to have a discussion – by email, text, voice, or video – one to one or many to many?!

Is this a new way in which BAAPT could serve its community in absorbing, living, and using the exceptional material presented in Saturday sessions ---- a follow-up, debriefing meet-up?
