Kailin Wang is completing her doctoral studies, and needs about 120 people to participate in a research in organizational psychology to understand how work characteristics affect people differently for their work motivation. The findings will help employers improve work design and create better fits for employees.
Participation involves taking an online survey for about 20 minutes at your own convenience. Participation is completely voluntary and anonymous. This survey is a self-rating on your own personality traits and different work characteristics. It does not ask you to evaluate any other individuals or your organization. No individual identifying information such as name, email, or contact information will be asked or collected. Your confidentiality is protected by the researcher and only aggregated high-level results/summary and research findings will be shared.
